A lot more than a name… The Awe Shack serves as an innocent double entendre which, one: the shack simply stands for the restaurant whose food and cultured atmosphere will surely leave you in Awe, and two: it alludes to the Afghani delicacy and one of the restaurant’s specialties, Aushak – An Afghani handmade ravioli stuffed with seasoned scallions, leeks, and jalapeno, topped with a traditional Afghani mint-garlic yogurt dressing, juicy ground sirloin and garnished with a dash of dried cilantro.
